This product looks simple, but after trying it, I was wondering what I had done wrong. I was left with a back feeling worse than when I started. There are not even photos to give you a clue to how to use it. The product is shaped with one end wider. Does that end go under your hips or under the upper part of your back to stabilize yourself? Should you bend your knees, or is it better to have them straight? Should you hips be at the 'bottom' of the stabilizer, or should you 'float' over the middle of it? (It is a very long product, so it seemed too long for my back--I am an average sized woman, 5'4".) Should you use a pillow to support your head, or is it not recommended? How long should you lay on it? Should you allow a 'get used to it' period, meaning should you start with a shorter time at the beginning, and increase the time with more use of it? I was very sad to have purchased an item which should theoretically help me, and to end up with more back discomfort as a result of using it.
